The test and detection of concrete interfacial treatment agent is a new national standard JC/T 907-2018 concrete interfacial treatment agent, which mainly tests the tensile bonding performance of concrete interfacial treatment agent.
1. Standard test conditions:
Temperature (23 + 2) ℃, relative humidity (50 + 5) %. The time deviation of the curing period of all specimens shall meet all performance tests shall be conducted under standard test conditions except as otherwise specified.
2. Test materials
All test materials (including mixing water) shall be placed under standard test conditions at least 24h before the test, and the interfacial agent for the test shall be within the storage period.
3. Test equipment
3.1 tensile testing machine
There shall be an appropriate sensitivity and range, and no bending stress shall be generated through an appropriate connection, with a measurement accuracy of plus or minus 1%.
3.2 constant temperature blast oven
Temperature control accuracy of plus or minus 2 ℃.
3.3 test blocks
The side length was 40mm x 40mm, and the mass was (1.600 + / - 0.015)kg
3.4 sample mixing
The main components of 2kg interfacial agent were taken, and the remaining components were taken according to the proportion provided by the manufacturer. If the range was given, the intermediate value was taken. A planetary mixer conforming to JC/T681 was used to stir at low speeds of rotation (140 + / 5)r/min and revolution (62 + / 5)r/min.
Follow these steps:
A) pour a mixture of water or liquid into a blender;
B) sprinkle dry powder into the liquid;
C) 30s of stirring;
D) lift the stirring blade;
E) scrape off the interface agent on the stirring leaves and pot wall within 1min;
F) put down the stirring blade again and stir again for 1min.
If the manufacturer has requirements for mixing and curing the product, follow the operation method provided by the manufacturer.
