Microcomputer controlled electro hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts oil cylinder down type, worm gear transmission, mainly used for metal, non-metal stretching, compression, bending and shear test.The structure system is introduced as follows:
1, host,
Host adopt cylinder underneath, turbine worm drive (technology) from shimadzu host, stretching space is located at the top of the host, compression, bending, shear test space between beams and workbench located under the host.
2. Transmission system
Use across the moving beam of worm gear and worm drive mechanism to adjust the test space, drive system and the positioning system thoroughly separation, loading system geometric center and bearing center completely consistent, to ensure the alignment of upper and lower jaw and the durability of the host.
3. Hydraulic system (lute oil source)
The hydraulic principle is a load - adapted fuel throttle system.The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high pressure gear pump into the oil road through the motor, and flows through the one-way valve, the 10 high pressure oil filter, the pressure differential valve group, the servo valve, and enters the oil cylinder.The computer sends the control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thus controlling the flow into the cylinder, achieving the control of equal speed test force, constant velocity displacement and so on.
