The BJNZ-W200Nm microcomputer controlled material torsion test machine is mainly used for testing the torsion mechanical properties of materials and finished products at room temperature. It can also be used to test the torsional failure of materials and finished products. The test specimen is installed between adjustable clamping fixtures to adapt to the test of torsion mechanical properties of different tested specimens. The test machine uses computer control operation, and the software synchronously displays the curves of torque - time, twist angle - time, torque - twist angle, torque - angle and so on. The parameters such as angle, torque and torque peak are displayed in real time, and the test results can be stored and printed.

The main engine of the material torsion test machine is the horizontal structure. The torque disc connection sensor on the left end is the fixed end, the right end is loaded as the AC servo motor through the reducer drive drive disc rotation, through the loading of the sample to the torque disk end to carry on the test, the torque acquisition end can be moved along the guide rail, used to adjust the test space.
